Customer support: You assist our customers with questions and problems and offer them fast and competent support, always with the support of our uVida Academy team behind you.
Interface to the rest of the company: Depending on the customer's requirements, you will work closely with the Marketing, Academy, Dispatch, Sales and Production departments.
Testing to ensure the flawless functionality of our products: You carry out tests to ensure that our products work perfectly.
Management of rental and repair equipment: You coordinate the management of rental and repair equipment both internally and with our customers.

Experience with CRM and ERP systems: You already have experience in working with CRM and ERP systems.
