Means <strong>Spirometry<\/strong> important metabolic parameters can be recorded and evaluated. In addition to the basal metabolic rate - the number of calories burned at rest - the results of this analysis can be used to create individually tailored nutrition and training plans that lead to more effective training.<\/p>\n<p>The measured values are taken via a breathing gas mask connected to a smart analysis device and only takes a few minutes.
