We are uVida - Our offer consists of the uVida DYNOSTICS metabolic device, which we use to offer metabolic analyses throughout the world/in the DACH region via a large network of B2B partners. After the analysis, the person tested receives their evaluation and assessment in the uVida app. On request, they can also receive an individual nutrition and/or training strategy based on their analysis values.

With uVida, users train more efficiently and safely as there is no overloading. The diet is more targeted, which makes it easier to lose weight.

Head of Sales & Customer Success (m/f/d) full-time

Your mission, in case you accept it:

You will take end-to-end responsibility for the sales process to accelerate growth in B2B (Hardware Sales, ARR/MRR and Subscriber) and B2C (App Accounts).

You will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary management and expansion of the multi-member sales and marketing team.

As Head of Sales & Customer Success, you and your team will ensure a significant increase in new customer acquisition and increase ARPA with existing customers. To this end, you optimize all processes and methods in sales and are a driving force and motivator for your employees.

 

In concrete terms, this means

  • Further development of the sales model and improvement of relevant performance metrics, in particular conversion rate, ARPA, churn rate, etc. along the entire sales process for sustainable sales growth (ARR/MRR)
  • Managing, coaching and developing your team members
  • Independent responsibility for the acquisition, relationship management and expansion of selected, international top key accounts
  • Search and onboarding of international partners / dealers
  • (Further) development of a scalable sales process from lead/ tester generation and initial conversion to up-/cross-selling
  • Analysis and optimization of all touchpoints and instruments within the customer journey (webinars, tutorials, product demos, reference/case studies, etc.) in collaboration with Marketing
  • Development and implementation of independent existing customer campaigns to increase product utilization, up/cross-selling, churn prevention
  • Analyzing feedback and usage data from existing customers and deriving suitable measures to improve the product experience and exploit sales/growth potential
  • Further development of products and solutions in coordination with the product team based on customer feedback and market insights

Your souvenir for us:

  • Convincingly completed business management training
  • Several years of experience in start-up or scale-up companies and/or sales-oriented organizations
  • Several years of experience in sales, ideally in a B2B SaaS, subscription or app business
  • Ideally experience / network in the sports and health industry
  • Experience in building high performance sales teams and at least 2 years of management experience
  • Knowledge of various sales channels and forms (e.g. online, social, telesales, personal sales)
  • Experience in the development of customer success processes and tools, as well as optimal conversion processes
  • Good knowledge of CRM tools (zoHo or similar) and their effective use to improve sales processes
  • Experience and know-how of change management processes
  • Ability to communicate openly and effectively with customers, management and employees
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Self-starter and entrepreneurial "doer type" with decision-making power and persuasiveness
  • Ability to quickly translate strategic analyses and concepts into measures and results
  • Start-up mindset
  • Need and motivation to make a tangible social impact on society through your own actions and success
